		<description>Congratulations - that was a great time and, as it turned out, that was a pretty decent heat for you to be in as well!  You finished strong, and with an almost perfect split (figuring that you probably actually passed the clock at ~162, leaving 165 for the second half (with its uphill).  Good going!
